Dave Roth has more than 37 years of experience in consulting, accounting, auditing, and tax services, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and advising privately and publicly held companies across a wide range of industries. Under his leadership, RRBB has grown significantly in terms of people, capabilities, and reach. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University.

Joe Caplan focuses on tax, advisory, and accounting services for owner-managed businesses, including medical and dental practices, law firms, real estate businesses, and small businesses. He is active in the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, previously served as President of its Monmouth/Ocean Chapter, and received the NJCPA Ovation Award: Impact in 2023. Joe earned his MBA from Saint Peter’s University and his bachelor’s degree from the College of Staten Island, CUNY.

Gail Rosen advises closely held businesses, entrepreneurs, and professional services firms, with a focus on tax strategy, advisory services, and long-term planning.
