Amy brings extensive expertise in leadership, change management, and process improvement. She plays a vital role in aligning RRBB’s people and operations, ensuring that a strong foundation of collaboration, communication, and accountability supports the firm’s continued growth. Known for her ability to connect with people and bring out their best, Amy’s leadership style emphasizes empathy, trust, and open dialogue. She believes that understanding team members’ individual goals, strengths, and challenges leads to stronger outcomes firmwide. Her approach blends strategic oversight with a deep respect for the human side of business. Therefore, she encourages innovation, continuous learning, and a sense of belonging across the firm.
Before joining RRBB, Amy served as Chief of Tax Operations at a top-100 accounting firm. During her time there, she led strategic growth initiatives and firm-wide operational improvements. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at a top-10 accounting firm. She served as Director of Operations, supporting tax, audit, finance, HR, and technology teams nationwide. Amy has created and executed leadership development initiatives, process efficiency frameworks, and capacity management systems over her career. Her initiatives have measurably improved firm profitability and employee engagement. Amy turns strategy into action. By bridging people, processes, and purpose, she helps firms achieve sustainable results.

Outside of her professional achievements, Amy is a proud mother and lifelong animal advocate. She is also currently studying for her PMP certification, reflecting her commitment to continued growth and development.
