Amy Grant Joins RRBB as Chief Operating Officer

RRBB is pleased to announce that Amy Grant has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Amy is an accomplished operations and business leader in the accounting industry. She is known for transforming how firms optimize performance, drive growth, and strengthen culture.

A Vision for Growth and Culture

As COO, she will focus on improving efficiency, modernizing internal processes, and strengthening the firm’s people-first culture to support both its clients and professionals. This role supports RRBB’s continued growth as the team grew from 65 to 180 people within the past two years. With over a decade of experience leading large accounting firms, Amy will oversee firm-wide operations, resource management, and strategic initiatives.

A Proven Leader in Accounting Operations

Before joining RRBB, Amy served as Chief of Tax Operations at a top-100 accounting firm. During her time there, she led strategic growth initiatives and firm-wide operational improvements. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at a top-10 accounting firm. She served as Director of Operations, supporting tax, audit, finance, HR, and technology teams nationwide.

Amy has created and executed leadership development initiatives, process efficiency frameworks, and capacity management systems over her career. Her initiatives have measurably improved firm profitability and employee engagement. Amy turns strategy into action. By bridging people, processes, and purpose, she helps firms achieve sustainable results.

In addition, Amy is passionate about inclusive leadership and organizational excellence. Therefore, she is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from MSI and a Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci. She is also certified in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace and People Management (PMQ) and is currently studying for her PMP certification. Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Rider University in 2010.
