IPO readiness for early-stage companies

Known for his steady leadership and technical precision, Dan helps clients navigate the audit process with confidence and prepare for the scrutiny of public markets. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation for guiding companies through key financial milestones. Dan’s background includes serving in senior roles at both global and mid-sized accounting firms. During his time there, he led audit teams and advised companies across the technology, consumer, and emerging growth sectors.

Most notably, Dan played a pivotal role in the IPO of a widely recognized global e-commerce retail platform. He managed the financial reporting and regulatory demands of the fast-paced, high-growth company preparing to go public. Dan enjoys working directly with clients and internal teams, often taking a hands-on approach to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability throughout each engagement.

A coach and mentor at heart

While at The University of Tampa, Dan was a member of the swim team, where he earned All-American honors. That competitive edge still drives his work ethic today. Whether leading an IPO engagement or coaching a team of auditors, Dan brings focus, discipline, and a deep commitment to excellence. In addition, Dan is deeply invested in mentoring others. He coaches staff through CPA exam prep, trains junior professionals on best practices, and leads client teams through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Dan is a proud husband and father of three. He now serves as a swim coach for his children’s competitive team and values the life lessons that come from both sports and business—resilience, teamwork, and the importance of showing up for others. He thrives in environments that balance high performance with human connection, and he brings that mindset into every client relationship he builds.
