While at The University of Tampa, Dan was a member of the swim team, where he earned All-American honors. That competitive edge still drives his work ethic today. He coaches staff through CPA exam prep, trains junior professionals on best practices, and leads client teams through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Dan is a proud husband and father of three. He now serves as a swim coach for his children’s competitive team and values the life lessons that come from both sports and business—resilience, teamwork, and the importance of showing up for others.
