Salvatore Lubrano-Lavadera, CPA, a Partner of Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A. and Managing Member of RRBB Advisors, LLC, was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP).

About Sal Lavadera

Sal concentrates in public company audit and advisory services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and controller-type accounting and consulting services. He often serves as the controller for companies going public. Sal leverages his extensive knowledge of financial reporting to work directly with the company’s accounting department and Chief Financial Officer. Sal also acts as the liaison between buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. He provides due diligence services, including the preparation of quality of earnings analysis.

Having started his career at RRBB, Sal consistently displays the knowledge and skills he has developed over the past ten years. His technical expertise in GAAP compliance and talent in client relations allow him to provide exceptional service. NJBIZ also included Sal in its 2019 “Vanguard Series: Accounting” issue.

A resident of Flemington, Sal received a dual bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting and business/management from Rider University in 2012. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
