About Matt Sampson

Matt brings more than a decade of experience in both public accounting and private industry. He has worked across a range of sectors, with a strong focus on life sciences and venture-backed companies. Throughout his career, Matt has guided clients through IPOs, de-SPAC transactions, M&A deals, and equity and debt financings. In previous roles, including time at a “Big 4” firm, he led audits for public and private companies. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Rider University.
