Robert S. Quick, CPA, a Partner of Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A., and Managing Member of RRBB Advisors, LLC, is an NJBIZ 2024 “Leaders in Finance” honoree.

About the “Leaders in Finance” Awards

Awards are based on peer nominations, self-nominations, and nominations from others. NJBIZ first verifies that the nominations were made for the appropriate categories and moves the nominees onto a second phase, where more information is requested. This information then goes through review and compilation and is sent to an independent panel of judges. The judges are primarily made up of the prior year’s honorees. They review each submission and score each nominee independently based on a set of criteria. The criteria include professional accomplishments, achievements, community involvement, impact, leadership, and vision. The judges do not compare or rank nominees but rather only score them. Lastly, the scores go back to NJBIZ, where they organize and tabulate the scoresheets for the final selection.

A ceremony recognizing the award winners will occur on April 18, 8:00-10:30 a.m., at the Doubletree by Hilton Somerset Hotel and Conference Center. Tickets will be available soon on the NJBIZ event page..

About Rob Quick

Rob has over 25 years of public accounting experience, serving public and private companies in various industries. Those industries include biotech, financial services, manufacturing, distribution, technology, and entertainment. His vast experience allows him to provide services that encompass all aspects of accounting, auditing, tax, and business consulting.

Rob is Co-Chair of the RRBB Assurance Department and its Public Company Practice Group. Therefore, Rob is involved in closely monitoring the firm’s audit and public company practices to ensure quality. In addition, he oversees and assists many clients with technical accounting issues. He is also responsible for directing and coordinating the accounting, auditing, and reporting activities for all publicly held clients.

A forward-thinker, Rob also serves as the firm’s partner in charge of the IT Department. His passion for RRBB’s success and growth drives the firm to continue to develop technical advances. As a mentor and advocate, Rob represents RRBB as its primary partner contact in its international affiliation with PrimeGlobal, one of the world’s top five largest associations of independent accounting firms.

Rob received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Shippensburg University in 1992. During his time there, he joined Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Rob currently resides in Hillsborough.
