Growing the RRBB Assurance Department

Mike Almeida takes on the position of Senior Manager at RRBB. He has extensive experience in and out of the public accounting space, working both for a “Big 4” firm and in-house at a national bank. Mike’s leadership qualities and strategic insights will help the company provide clients with high-quality assurance services. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New Jersey City University in 2015.

Amani Malvasio becomes a staff accountant after a year-long internship. His progression from an intern to a full-time position demonstrates RRBB’s dedication to developing talent and offering career advancement opportunities. Amani received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rider University in 2023.

Expanding the RRBB Tax Department

Charles (CJ) Mandala joins our team as a senior accountant. With seven years of experience in accounting and advisory, he will add to the firm’s capacity to offer clients comprehensive and efficient tax solutions. CJ received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Farleigh Dickinson University in 2014.

Justin DeMartin is a staff accountant. His love for tax-related work and analytical abilities complement RRBB’s dedication to providing excellent assistance in this crucial area. Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Sports Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology in 2023.
