Jackie Engelsman Included in Somerset County Business Partnership “Top 40 Under 40” Awards
Jacqueline Engelsman, PCM, CDMP, Director of Marketing and Business Development at RRBB, was named in the 2024 “Top 40 Under 40” Awards by the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP).
“Being included in the this year’s ‘Top 40 Under 40’ is such a huge honor for me. This is truly a testament to the amazing support I have from my family, mentors, and colleagues. I’m excited to continue helping Somerset County thrive because I’m passionate about having a positive influence in both the corporate world and the community,” said Jackie.

About Jackie Engelsman
Jackie has eight years of experience in the professional services industry’s marketing and business development field. With specific expertise in digital and content marketing, she earned her dual certification as a Professional Certified Marketer in Digital Marketing through the American Marketing Association and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute.
Passionate about giving back, Jackie dedicates her time to promoting DEI, wellness, and philanthropic activities in and outside the firm. Therefore, Jackie founded the RRBB Women’s Forum to create an open platform for all female staff to share their successes and challenges and support each other’s growth and development. In 2023, she was included in the NJCPA Ovation Awards for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Jackie also heads the firm’s involvement in an annual breast cancer awareness walk through Making Strides of Central New Jersey, and in holiday gifting for The Center for Great Expectations. She is an active member of the Somerset County Business Partnership and The Jewish Federation of West-Central New Jersey, serving on the Women’s Philanthropy Committee and as co-chair of the Business Networking Group.
Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Rider University in 2012. While there, she was a member of the Rider University Dance Team and Phi Sigma Sigma, where she served as Social Chair. Jackie recently served on a panel for its Marketing Industry Night. She has also been a panelist for “Herstory: Being the Boss of Your Own Life,” which was open to the community at the Bridgewater Manor.
