Christopher L. Stout, CPA, a Partner of Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A. and Managing Member of RRBB Advisors, LLC, was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP).

About Chris Stout

Chris is a member of the RRBB Attest Department and its SEC Practice Group. His areas of expertise include coordinating and performing financial statement audits per the auditing standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Chris also has extensive experience performing Sarbanes-Oxley 404 audits and is a member of the firm’s Quality Control Department.

Chris has been a part of the firm’s leadership team since 2019, and he certainly jumped into the role. He has helped the firm advance significantly through technology, procedure, and work-life integration. Chris also ensures that the firm maintains its ethical standards and complies with quality control policies and procedures. He understands that having a diverse talent force is critical to the firm’s success. Therefore, Chris took the lead in implementing our outsourced hiring efforts in the Philippines. He continues to serve as a point of contact and trains professionals at the firm in all proper rules and regulations. In addition, Chris serves as a mentor to many of the young staff auditors at the firm. Because he is highly knowledgeable and approachable, they trust him as their go-to to provide the correct information encouragingly.

A resident of Flanders, New Jersey, Chris received his M.S. in Accounting in 2009 and his B.S. in Business Administration in 2008 from The American University. While there, he was a member of the NCAA Division I Wrestling Team.
