Amy Grant, Chief Operating Officer at RRBB and Partner at RRBB Advisors, LLC, participated as a panelist at the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP) International Women’s Day Luncheon on March 6 at the Bridgewater Marriott. The annual event, of which the firm was proud to once again sponsor, brings together leaders from across the region to recognize the achievements of women in business and encourage meaningful conversations around leadership and growth.

“Events like this create an important opportunity for leaders to share perspectives and support one another,” said Amy. “When professionals come together to discuss their experiences and challenges, it helps strengthen the broader business community. I was honored to participate in a conversation that highlighted the impact women continue to make across industries.”

The International Women’s Day Luncheon is hosted annually through the Somerset County Business Partnership’s Women in Business Program. The event includes networking, keynote remarks, and panel discussions designed to inspire collaboration and professional development. The SCBP International Women’s Day Luncheon has become one of the organization’s signature events. Each year, the program highlights the accomplishments of women leaders while creating opportunities for professionals to connect, share insights, and support one another’s growth. Amy joined fellow business leaders for a panel discussion focused on the evolving role of women in leadership. The conversation explored leadership development, workplace culture, and how organizations can continue building environments where professionals can grow and succeed. RRBB’s participation reflects the firm’s commitment to leadership development and its ongoing support of initiatives that strengthen the regional business community.

About Amy Grant

Amy leads the firm’s operational strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. She works closely with leadership teams across the organization to align people, processes, and strategy in support of the firm’s continued growth.

Amy brings extensive experience in leadership, change management, and operational improvement. Prior to joining RRBB, she served as Chief of Tax Operations at a Top 100 accounting firm, where she led strategic growth initiatives and firm-wide operational improvements. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade at a Top 10 accounting firm as Director of Operations, supporting tax, audit, finance, human resources, and technology teams nationwide.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Rider University and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Change Practitioner (Prosci). Amy is also currently pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
