Jackie Engelsman Speaks on Women in Marketing Panel for Somerset County Business Partnership’s Annual International Women’s Day Event

Jacqueline Engelsman, PCM, CDMP, Director of Marketing and Business Development at RRBB, recently sat on a Women in Marketing panel for the Somerset County Business Partnership’s (SCBP) fourth annual International Women’s Day Luncheon. The event, held on March 7, 2025, at the Bridgewater Marriott, brought together over 300 business leaders for a morning of networking, insightful discussions, and celebration.

“Conversations like these are so important for women in the corporate world. We juggle careers, families, and personal growth, and hearing different perspectives makes us stronger. It was an honor to share my experiences, learn from others, and connect with women pushing boundaries daily,” said Jackie.

About the International Women’s Day Event

“This year’s International Women’s Day event was one of our biggest yet, highlighting the incredible achievements of women in business,” said Chris Edwards, President and CEO of the SCBP. “It’s inspiring to see so many professionals come together to support one another, build connections, and drive meaningful change.”

Jackie joined moderator Birdia Chambers of Epic TransformationCrystal Rose of Unity Bank, and Shirley Perlinsky of S&G Cleaning Services. Together, they explored industry changes, social media, AI, workplace challenges, and strategies for career growth in corporate environments.

The International Women’s Day Luncheon began with breakfast and networking, followed by an inspiring keynote from Christine Ramsay of Insmed. Attendees also heard from a Women in Leadership Panel moderated by Jeralyn Lawrence of Lawrence Law. About Jackie Engelsman

Jackie has nine years of experience in the professional services industry’s marketing and business development field. She is a dual Certified Professional Marketer and Digital Marketing Professional through the American Marketing Association and Digital Marketing Institute.

Passionate about mentorship, philanthropy, and wellness, Jackie leads RRBB’s Women’s Forum initiative. In addition to the SCBP, she is an active member of The Jewish Federation of West-Central New Jersey, serving on its Women’s Philanthropy Committee and as Co-Chair of the Business Networking Group Committee. Jackie heads the firm’s philanthropic involvement in Making Strides of Central New Jersey and for The Center for Great Expectations. The SCBP named her in its 2024 “Top 40 Under 40.” She was also listed in the NJCPA 2023 Ovation Award in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion category.

Jackie was a panelist for “Imagine Herstory: Being the Boss of Your Own Life,” hosted by The Jewish Federation of West-Central New Jersey Women’s Philanthropy Division. She also spoke on a panel for Rider University’s Marketing Industry Night. Jackie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Rider University in 2012. During her time there, she was a member of the Rider University Dance Team and Phi Sigma Sigma, where she served as the Social Chair.
