Brian Zucker, CPA, a Partner at Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A. and Managing Member at RRBB Advisors, LLC, is an NJBIZ 2024 “ICON” honoree.

About the 2024 NJBIZ ICONs

Awards are based on peer nominations, self-nominations, and nominations from others. NJBIZ first verifies that the nominations were made for the appropriate categories and moves the nominees onto a second phase. In that phase, NJBIZ requests additional information from the nominees. This information then goes through review and compilation by an independent panel of judges. The judges are primarily made up of the prior year’s honorees.

They review each submission and score each nominee independently based on a set of criteria. The criteria include professional accomplishments, achievements, community involvement, impact, leadership, and vision. The judges do not compare or rank nominees but rather only score them. Lastly, the scores go back to NJBIZ, where they organize and tabulate the scoresheets for the final selection.

A ceremony recognizing the award winners will occur on Tuesday, August 13, from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. at The Marigold in Somerset. Tickets will be available soon on the NJBIZ event page.

About Brian Zucker

As Chair of the RRBB FinOp and CFO Department, Brian acts as the Financial Operations Principal and CFO for several broker-dealers and hedge funds. He has over thirty-seven years of experience as a CPA specializing in the securities industry.

Brian provides a broad range of accounting-related services to public companies, hedge funds, broker-dealers, and high-net-worth individuals. His work also includes outsourcing back-office accounting needs.

During his career, Brian has serviced over a hundred broker-dealers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of NanoViricides, Inc., trading on the NYSE American Exchange, and as the CFO of EIG Global Energy Partners Capital Markets, LLC. In addition, Brian has previously served as President and Chairman of Atlantis Business Development Corp.; CFO of Natcore Solar Technology Inc.; Managing Director of American Frontier Financial Corporation; and Director of the National Investment Banking Association.

Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting from Pace University in 1983. While there, he served as class treasurer, was a member of the Accounting Society, and played rugby.
