RRBB is proud to announce its recognition in the inaugural NJBIZ “Empowering Women” awards. The 2023 NJBIZ inaugural “Empowering Women” celebratory breakfast will be on August 1, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 am at the DoubleTree by Hilton Somerset Hotel and Conference Center.

Jacqueline Engelsman, Director of Marketing and Business Development, who founded the firm’s Women’s Forum, will accept this award on its behalf. She commented, “This recognition is truly a reflection of the firm’s leadership. RRBB has allowed me to maintain a true balance of work and family. The RRBB Partners have supported me from day one and have provided me with the resources necessary to excel in my career. This is rare today.”

“It is time to honor those organizations that invest in, elevate and support women leaders,” Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, publisher and managing director, said when the program was unveiled earlier this year. “Women leaders can only succeed with the support of the organizations they work for and with.”

About the NJBIZ Empowering Women Awards

This is a new addition to the many NJBIZ awards to honor New Jersey’s business community. The idea is to recognize companies that have made it their mission to support, mentor, and promote women within their industries and the communities they serve. To receive the honor, nominations were open for a short period of time. In order to participate, companies must meet the eligibility criteria. Last year, RRBB was proud to create the Women’s Forum. Management was thrilled to create this opportunity for all employees to know that they are seen, heard, and valued. The RRBB Women’s Forum meets quarterly and includes staff at all levels.
