Cathy serves as a trusted advisor to business owners, families, and professional advisors navigating complex tax, estate, and succession planning decisions. With more than 25 years of experience, she is known for clear communication, practical guidance, and strong long-term relationships.
Her work spans a wide range of industries, including hospitality, construction, real estate, trucking, warehousing, and professional services, and often involves coordinating with financial advisors, estate attorneys, and other specialists to build cohesive, long-term planning strategies.
Beyond her client work, Cathy is recognized for her leadership within RRBB. She chairs the firm’s Women’s Forum, promoting mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities for emerging professionals. Cathy is an active member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a past recipient of the NJCPA “Women to Watch Ovation Award,” and has contributed to New Jersey CPA Magazine.
