Suha Uddin has over 25 years of public accounting experience, providing accounting and tax advisory services to midsize and closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. Her areas of expertise include tax planning, compliance, strategic transactions, accounting for income taxes, U.S.-international tax reporting, federal and state voluntary disclosures, state tax planning, IRS and state tax controversy, multi-state taxation, and other tax matters.

Before joining RRBB, Suha worked at multi-national accounting firms and other midsize New Jersey and New York-based firms. Her approach to client service is focused on mitigating risks, ensuring tax compliance, and working with businesses and business owners to maintain tax efficiency.

Suha works closely with staff and peers to foster a positive learning and progressive experience and ensure staff’s adequate and continued development. She is passionate about the workplace experience and works hard to mentor, develop, and counsel staff. Suha is primarily focused on women’s initiatives and was one of the founding members of the New Jersey chapter of the American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants (AWSCPA), which later merged into the AICPA.

Outside the office, Suha loves spending time with her family and friends and often hosts special family events. She also plays pickleball and enjoys outdoor activities.
