RRBB is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Audit Associate to join their Assurance team. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in attest engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations across a variety of industries. You will work closely with senior team members to learn technical procedures, client communication, and best practices in public accounting. We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the performance of audit, review, and compilation procedures under supervision
• Prepare workpapers and documentation that support audit conclusions
• Learn to apply accounting and auditing principles to real-world scenarios
• Participate in internal and external meetings with clients and team members
• Assist in gathering and organizing client data and supporting documentation
• Stay current on changes in accounting and auditing standards and firm procedures
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or actively pursuing a degree with 150-credit CPA track
• 0–1 year of internship or public accounting experience (internship experience a plus)
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to audit software is a plus (Case Ware & Idea)
