RRBB Concentrates on Marketing and Business Development Efforts, Hires Jacqueline Engelsman
Meet the New RRBB Director of Marketing and Business Development
Jacqueline comes to RRBB with five years of marketing and business development experience at a multi-practice, mid-sized law firm. Before that, she spent three years in client support for a large, international company, acquiring those core skills. “I’m thrilled to join the RRBB family. This is an opportunity where I can grow both personally and professionally. RRBB cares about its clients and its employees and community, so I feel our core values align. I look forward to working with a great team,” said Jacqueline. Jacqueline has a well-rounded knowledge base in marketing and business development for the professional services industry. She also has expertise in digital and content marketing. Jacqueline successfully implemented and maintained a robust SEO strategy, as well as created and managed a solid social media presence with an emphasis on employee advocacy. Jacqueline established an internal business development e-newsletter to allow for multiple offices, practice areas, and industry groups to learn more about client success stories and cross-market. Additionally, Jacqueline is passionate about giving back. She dedicates time to promoting DEI, wellness, and philanthropic initiatives. For example, Jacqueline recommended and launched a paid volunteer hour policy encouraging employees to get involved in community service. She then led by example in coordinating her team’s community service efforts. Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Rider University in 2012. While attending school, she was a member of the Rider University Dance Team and Phi Sigma Sigma, where she served as the Social Chair.RRBB eNEWSLETTER
