BIOGRAPHY
Rob Quick has over fifteen years of public accounting experience. He has extensive experience serving both public and private companies in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, service and entertainment. His vast experience allows him to provide services that encompass all aspects of accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting.

As the partner in charge of the firm's Public Company Practice Group, he is responsible for directing and coordinating the accounting, auditing and reporting activities related to the firm’s publicly-held clients. Since the inception of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002, Rob has spearheaded the development of the firm's SOX 404 practice, which assists publicly traded companies in performing internal control risk assessments, control effectiveness evaluations, and remediation and testing, to ensure that their controls are operating properly. In addition, he serves as a member of the firm's Quality Control Department, where he oversees and assists many of the firm’s clients on technical accounting issues

Rob is a graduate of Shippensburg University (Shippensburg, PA) where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He maintains memberships in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ACIPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
