BIOGRAPHY
Howard Condo serves as the Director of the firm's Audit Practice and is responsible for the firm’s accounting and auditing quality control standards and interpreting professional standards. For over 15 years, Howard has worked closely with both private and publicly held corporations and is well experienced with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) policies and procedures.

Howard's experience includes reviewing SEC filings, attestation reports and audit documentation, research accounting and auditing issues and training assurance professionals within the firm. In addition to providing auditing services to SEC clients, Howard has consulted with non-audit clients in the areas of reverse mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings and complex accounting issues.

Howard received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Richard Stockton College of NJ (Pomona, NJ). He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), the NJSCPA Accounting and Auditing Resource Group and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
