BIOGRAPHY
Carl has over 30 years of experience in taxes and accounting and serves as the head of the firm's Tax Department. He specializes in estate and trust taxation and tax planning and preparation for high net worth individuals as well as corporations and partnerships and also has expertise in investments and hedge funds. He is also a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and actively manages investment accounts clearing through Charles Schwab & Company. He is also affiliated with several major investment firms located in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. Carl has been a member of the firm’s Executive Committee since 1996.

Carl has spoken for the New Jersey Realty Owners Association, the Maplewood Chamber of Commerce and various other organizations. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College (Brooklyn, NY) and an MBA in Taxation from Baruch Graduate School (New York, NY). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountant (NJSCPA). He holds a CPA license in both New Jersey and New York.
